I have a complaint, what do I do?

If during our communications with you, you encounter any problems or wish to express a complaint related to the debt or the service you have received from us, you can do so in different ways:

  • During the phone call or in-person visit with our agents.
  • By sending an email to the addresses designated for managing your case, which would have been previously communicated to you, or to the following addresses: contacto.es@b2-impact.com, info.legal.es@b2-impact.com, or dpo.es@b2-impact.com (if the issue relates to privacy and data protection matters).
  • By sending a letter to our postal address.
  • Through our Self-Service platform.
  • By using the contact form further down on this same page, selecting "Complaint" as the subject.

Whichever method you choose, please remember to specify whether your complaint is related to the debt or the service received, provide the contact method through which we can reach you to manage your case, and describe as accurately as possible the issue you encountered and how we can assist you.
